Flower planning and proposals
Blooms Overnight helps you select bulk fresh flowers and greenery. Catalog prices and ChatGPT previews are indicative proposals, not reserved stock, accepted orders or delivery guarantees. Flowers are sold as the displayed full supplier packs. The merchant shows actual contents, prices, shipping, delivery details and applicable tax before purchase.
Review and payment
Provide delivery details on the merchant website. Availability, measured packing, dispatch and requested arrival are checked before a final quote is approved for payment. An approved quote can expire. Payment is completed through the merchant’s external checkout; the ChatGPT app does not accept cards or place orders. The final approved quote and displayed checkout total govern the purchase.
Fresh flowers and delivery
Flowers are natural products: bloom size, opening stage and shade can vary. Representative images illustrate the reviewed variety and color and are not photographs of a reserved shipment. Overnight service is a carrier service level; a requested arrival remains subject to the supplier and delivery confirmation stated in the approved quote. We do not promise a particular event outcome from a planning estimate.
Changes, cancellations and problems
The refund and substitution policies describe cancellation requests, damaged or incorrect items and proposed alternatives. We will disclose a material change and obtain your consent before substituting an approved flower or changing an accepted delivery arrangement. When an order cannot ship within the promised time, we will provide an updated date and a cancellation/refund option consistent with applicable law. These terms do not limit rights required by law.
