Planning in ChatGPT
The flower app receives only the search terms, selected flower packs, budget and requested date sent to its tools. It does not retrieve your full conversation, ChatGPT profile, Google account, saved boxes or orders. Tool inputs are used to find flowers and compute a proposal. The app does not store these previews. ChatGPT retains its own conversations under your OpenAI account settings and policies.
Abuse prevention and hosting
Cloudflare hosts the app and images. The service uses a short-lived per-IP rate limiter to prevent abuse and stores aggregate daily operation counts for up to 90 days. Tool input and output logging is disabled in the ChatGPT app deployment. Cloudflare may process network information to operate and secure its services. We do not sell personal information or use flower-tool inputs for advertising.
Website accounts and orders
The merchant website separately uses your Google subject ID, name and verified email for sign-in. Saved requests, delivery addresses and purchase records are stored in Cloudflare. A protected session lasts up to 30 days and signing out revokes it. Website planning messages are retained for seven days; anonymous planning quotes for 30 days; temporary carrier rates for 15 minutes. Inactive account profiles and unpurchased requests are deleted within 30 days of a verified deletion request; legally required transaction records may be retained for up to seven years.
Service providers
Google handles website sign-in and the support mailbox; Cloudflare routes support email to that mailbox. Support uses your contact details and the account or order information you provide to answer your request. OpenAI handles website planning messages; ShipStation receives delivery details for shipping checks; Stripe receives verified contact and delivery details for approved checkout and applicable tax. Payment card details are entered on Stripe’s hosted page and are not collected by the flower app. Full delivery details, Google profiles and order history are excluded from public flower tools and planner model context.
Your controls
You can disconnect the app in ChatGPT and manage conversations in OpenAI settings. For website account access, correction or deletion, email support@bloomsovernight.com. Account deletion is handled manually: support verifies account ownership, then an operator manually deletes the eligible account data within 30 days of the verified request. There is no self-service account-deletion button today. We will explain any legally required transaction records retained and their retention period. Do not send passwords, payment card details or sign-in verification codes. The ChatGPT flower app has no customer accounts or order records to delete.
