Your selection stays yours
We do not replace a flower, cultivar, color or pack size without your consent. A representative catalog photo is not permission to substitute. If the selected flowers cannot be confirmed, we will explain that before accepting payment.
Proposed alternatives
We may propose a suitable alternative with its actual name, color, quantity, pack contents, price and delivery implications. You can accept the new proposal or decline it. Any changed final quote must be reviewed again; it does not silently reuse an older approval.
After payment
If an approved selection becomes unavailable after payment, we will contact you with a supported alternative or refund option. We will not send an unapproved substitute. Nothing in this policy authorizes automated supplier messages or fulfillment from ChatGPT.
