Email support@bloomsovernight.com for availability questions, account data requests, cancellations and delivery problems. For an existing order, include your order number. For damaged or incorrect flowers, include clear photos of the flowers and packaging within 24 hours of delivery. Do not send card details, passwords or sign-in verification codes through email or ChatGPT.
Account data requests
Email support@bloomsovernight.com to request account access, correction or deletion. Support verifies ownership before an operator manually deletes eligible account data within 30 days of the verified request. Legally required transaction records may be retained for up to seven years; we will explain any records retained. There is no self-service deletion button today.
ChatGPT app scope
The ChatGPT flower app provides a public catalog and read-only selection previews. It has no customer accounts, saved requests, order records, supplier messaging or payment endpoints. These approved policies describe the flower-planning app and separate merchant website; the ChatGPT app cannot accept purchases.
